Assembly Instruction A/C

Type: RED RING CR-12 Inv. R32

A/C unit

A/C support (2pc of braces and 1pc of flat support per A/C unit)

A/C frame without A/C support

Removal of packaging

Take off front cover

Remove filter

Remove fixing screws of front of unit

Lift up front part of unit

Unplug connectors

Take off front of unit

Take off fixing clamps on front of unit

Remove A/C from case

Position A/C support

Insert case

Position A/C case (case should be positioned 18cm to the inside of the container according to the drawing on page 4)(dimension without PVC-cover)

Case and support is bolted to the frame (case-internal dimension 20,5cm)

Bolt all parts to the A/C

Position the A/C case at the top part of the frame (case should stick into the inside of the building by 18cm from frame)

Take case of angle (1° to 2° to the outside)

Bolt A/C case to frame

Drill and bolt braces to A/C support

Bolt 2 braces on the left and right side to the frame

Use silicone to seal up the A/C case on all 4 sides of the frame

A/C unit fitted to the frame and ready for positioning

Take apart window fitting

Removal of hinge covers

Removal of hinge bolts

Remove glazed frame

Insert A/C frame

Insert hinge bolts

Fix window fitting

Refit hinge cover

Fit window handle

Insert A/C unit into case

Fit fixing clamps

Reconnect plugs

Insert front of unit
